cPanel is an online Linux-based graphical interface (GUI) used as a control panel to simplify website and server management. cPanel allows you to publish websites, manage domains, organize web files, create email accounts, and more.
Prerequisites
In order to follow this tutorial, you’ll need:
- WHM access
Login to WHM, once logged in search for cPanel Cron Job as shown below and click on it.
You will now see the following screen.
By default, the backups are set to run at 2:00 am. In this tutorial, we will be changing them to 21:30pm. (Note: Please change time under Command: backup)
Now save the changes and your backups should start running at 21:30pm.
